The owner, Clint "12 Times" Boren, has been in the insurance business for over a quarter of a century. He started his career as a captive Agent. He was bothered by the fact that he could not help some of the clients who did not need or qualify for that carrier’s only product. So, to make himself accessible to everyone, Clint decided to become an Independent Agent in 1997.
Through the years as an Agent, Clint has been lucky enough to have the right insurance team members to build success. His attention to details, follow-up, service, and retention scores are far above average. Clint also has had a few lucky experiences as a fan, winning tickets to two different Super Bowls. SuperBowl XXXIV(34) from Progressive Insurance in Atlanta. And then Superbowl XLIX(49) in Arizona from Q13 Fox-Fox 13, winning the Show Your Game Face Winner contest in a random drawing.
That that luck continued in 2019, as 12 Times hosted Q13 in their home filming their promotional commercial for tagging #allseahawks during a game. Simulating the Hawks winning a Superbowl in the middle of July made the neighbors wonder what was going on!
A Niche in Time, to Create 12 Times.
The agency name was created in early 2020. Clint was discussing with a friend, Realtor Michael Daniels, his desire. Then Michael blurted out the 4 words in Renton Washington, ”12 Times Better Insurance.” It was a very exciting moment for us—two professionals who have made a commitment to always try 12 Times Better for their customers. The Plus was added for having SEVERAL Choices.
